BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is hereby amended so as to rezone: A tract of land located at 1909 Gunbarrel Road, being on the northwest line of Gunbarrel Road northeast of Igou Gap Road. Part of lot 4, The Frank Kelly Tract, as shown by plat of record in plat book 14, page 35, R.O.H.C., being all of the property described in deed book 1395, page 270, R.O.H.C. Tax Map No. 148M-H-15. from R-1 Residential Zone to O-1 Office Zone. SECTION 2. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this rezoning shall be subject to the following conditions: 1. The dedication of 10 feet of additional right-of-way along gunbarrel Road, as required by the City Traffic Engineer. 0C 2. Property is subject to development corridor standards. SECTION 3. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this Ordinance shall take effect two weeks from and after its passage, the public welfare requiring it, provided that this Ordinance shall not be operative until the completion of Condition No. 1 in Section 2 above.
